Necklift in Dallas, TX - (Award Winning) - Dr. John Burns
For many patients, the neck is the area of primary concern and this can be addressed with a facelift or separately from the face. For patients with moderate amounts of fat below the chin and minimal muscle laxity (platysmal banding), simple liposuction of the neck can restore excellent neck contour. Patients who have muscle laxity will require an incision below the chin to tighten the neck muscle and sometimes a separate incision behind the ear to remove excess skin. Â
As a complement to your facelift, Dr. Burns is also nationally recognized as a US Top20 injector with Allergan achieving the highest Double Black Diamond designation. Adding Botox and/or filler can further rejuvenate the face, neck, and eyes; and provide longevity to the procedure.
Alternatives to liposuction or excisional surgery are Kybella and CoolSculpting of the neck. Â Kybella uses a natural substance injected into neck fat in a simple office procedure similar to a Botox treatment. Â CoolSculpting of the neck uses cyrolipolysis to remove neck fat also in a simple office treatment. Â Both Kybella and CoolSculpting can require multiple treatments. Â
