The VyCross linking improves the fluidity of the filler making it move more in unison with your expressions and giving a more natural look. VyCross fillers also do not absorb water so there is not much swelling associated with these fillers. Finally, VyCross filler last 18 months which is longer than the 12 months for the Hylacross fillers: Juvederm or Restylane.

Volbella is one of the VyCross fillers from Allergan: Voluma, Volure, and Volbella. Voluma is thicker and perfect for adding volume to the face; such as for cheek augmentation. Vollure is less dense and very versitile. Vollure can be placed both superficially and deep and can be used both around the mouth and in the cheeks. Volbella is the finest of these fillers and ideal for filling fine lines and wrinkesl and is meant to be injected superficially. Volbella is also FDA approved for use in the lips like Juvederm. Volbella is ideal for the nasolabial folds, marionette lines, fine lines around the mouth, and for lips.
