Breast implants are not permanent medical devices.  In fact it is suggested to remove or remove and replace your breast implants every 10 years.   After explant, the loss in volume can create a deflated and saggy appearance to the breast.  In addition, many women would like to maintain their breast volume wihout an implant.  In these case, fat transfer is an excellent option to adding breast volume with an implant.  In addition, fat transfer can fill our excess skin creating a natural breast shape.
