Implants are not permanent devices and may need to be replaced in a relatively minor procedure.  Implants have an average lifespan of 10 years.  At the time of replacement, many women choose to make changes such as size, implant type (saline or silicone), or combine the implant with a lift.  A secondary procedure is the perfect time to make any wanted changes.
