Dr. John Burns, FACSThis patient had a facelift and neck lift to address aging in the lower and midface. In her procedure, Dr. John Burns performed SMAS stacking and repositioning. In her neck lift, Dr. Burns performed a corset platysmaplasty to re-tighten her vertical bands. She also had full face laser resurfacing to improve her texture and overall skin appearance.
