Mini Facelift- Case 3
Dr. John Burns, FACSThis patient had a mini facelift to correct vertical banding at her neck and reduce skin ptosis at her lower and midface. The mini facelift involves placing a short scar around the earlobe, extending to behind the face at the neck within the hairline. Dr. Burns performed SMAS stacking and elevation to raise her midface. He also performed a closed rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction to refine her profile for a softer, more feminine aesthetic. Her results are pictured 4 months after her procedures.
