Facelift- Case 8
Dr. John Burns, FACS

This patient had midface volume loss, jowling, loose skin, and vertical banding at the neck. Dr. Burns performed an extended facelift and neck lift with SMAS stacking and elevation. She also had upper and lower eyelid surgery to remove excess skin and fat from her eye area. Dr. Burns harvested fat from her waistline and thighs to rejuvenate the temples, lower eyelid/cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines.
Her results are pictured 4 months after facelift surgery by Dr. Burns at his Dallas plastic surgery practice.
