Dr. John Burns, FACSThis patient had a facelift by another plastic surgeon 10 years earlier. Dr. Burns performed a secondary lift and fill face and neck lift with SMAS stacking and elevation to raise her midface and cheeks. Dr. Burns also performed a neck lift with corset platysmaplasty to elevate the puddling skin atop her collar bone. She had facial fat grafting to temples to reduce hollowness at the area.
