Facelift- Case 5
Dr. John Burns, FACS

This case highlights the use of fat to naturally rejuvenated a woman's facial contour. She was bothered by her aging at the neck, midface, and hollowing at her temples and eye area. Dr. Burns performed a standard facelift with SMAS stacking and elevation to raise the lower and midface. He performs a neck lift as a standard part of facelift surgery. He then harvested fat from the patient's thighs and midsection to restore volume to the face. She looks younger and refreshed, not "done."
